New K-series Backhoe Loader From Bell Equipment
The 315SK contains many features, including a new five-speed transmission, matched to its John Deere PowerTech engine.

The new tractor-loader-backhoe (TLB) can travel at speeds of up to 45km (28mi) per hour between work sites. It comes standard with axle cooling and filtration and an improved wet disc brake set-up.

The cab layout has been improved, and is now more comfortable with additional storage space and a lockable cabinet. Ventilation circulates cool air from the front to the back so that the operator can direct the air to where it is needed. A single loader lever has integrated electro-hydraulic auxiliary loader control, which eliminates the need for a second lever when using a multi-purpose bucket. The K-series comes standard with keyless start and “SecuritMode” functions to protect the machine from theft or unauthorised use.

New technology used includes an automatic shutdown feature which shuts the engine down after a set period of non-activity, allowing for reduced operating costs, and differential lock protection which prevents the rear diff lock being engaged at high speeds.

Engine access for maintenance has been improved, with a new cooling package that has hinged swing-out coolers for easy cleaning. The cooling fan is electronically controlled and has variable speed. It is controlled by an electronic clutch that reduces engine power use for a quieter operation and improved fuel economy. Popular features from the J-series have also been included in the K-series.
