We move into the second half of 2021! With it comes Logging-on’s first issue of July. In this issue we look at Waratah’s new HTH624C harvester head designed for efficient processing and log loading. We examine the new 326T loader crane from Kesla, which brings multi-use loader functionality when used with tractors. The move towards electrification of heavy-duty trucks continues with truck manufactures collectively installing over 1,400 charging stations in Europe over the next 5 years. Cat has released their technology laden D4 dozer with better visibility and performance. Finally, we look at Komatsu Forest’s new Constant Cut for C-Unit’s, resulting in improved cutting performance from their harvester heads.
