Ponsse shows solid results for the first six months of 2016

Orders increased in the second quarter compared to the previous quarter. International business accounted for 77.9 percent of net sales. Demand for forest machines has continued to be active in North America. Russia has slightly increased its share of net sales while the share of Northern European sales decreased. Service operations continued their growth during the quarter and the trade-in machine business has also grown strongly during the first half of the year. The accelerated growth in services is related both to the growing machine base and new business concepts in services. The Group’s euro-denominated operating profit is expected to be on a par with 2015 in 2016. Source: http://www.ponsse.com/
