Komatsu Forest simplifies machine maintenance with their ProAct 2.0 service concept

The new service simplifies machine ownership while increasing peace of mind and profitability.

The owner gets a reliable machine and has full control over the machine's condition and economy for a fixed low cost based on engine hours. New to ProAct 2.0 is that the service intervals have been extended to 750 hours to try and make day-to-day machine ownership as easy as possible. ProAct 2.0 includes regular inspections and maintenance tailored to each individual machine, so the forest machine owner gets the right service, at the right time and when it suits their schedule.

All servicing is conducted by Komatsu experts. They only use high-quality original parts and consumables. ProAct 2.0 gives the forest machine owner access to these parts in the field via a field stock. ProAct 2.0 gives the forest machine owner access to each machine's production and status information. The owner has full control over both scheduled service visits and all maintenance reports and can track important key data. In additon, the supplementary agreement ProAct 2.0 XP offers protection for critical components up to 9,000 engine hours. The ProAct 2.0 concept varies by market with the above description applying to the Swedish market. Source
