Husqvarna reorganises its forest and garden operation

The new structure will focus on the optimisation of the brand value of each of the Husqvarna Group brands.

The forest and garden operations will be organised into the following three divisions:

 

 

  • Husqvarna: This includes the Zenoah brand. It focusses primarily on professionals and demanding consumers in the forests and garden markets. This division is responsible for 52 % of Group sales. It will be headed by Pavel Hajman.
  • Gardena: A retail brand that is strong in the consumer watering market.
  • Consumer brands: This includes brands such as PoulanPro, McCulloch and Flymo.


The new organisation will allow each division to focus on their own business models, customer target groups, strategy and product offering. Each division will be responsible for their own global profit and loss, cash flow and balance sheet responsibilities. The construction division will carry on in its current form.
