The new cranes have been designed around the principles of safety, ergonomics and visibility.
Hiab explains that Hydraulic Pilot Control (HPC) produces a smooth and easy operation as well as precise control over crane movements. This occurs regardless of whether the control device is conventional or joystick. They have also designed a new seat to ensure better safety, ergonomics and visibility. These two models use the SafetyPlusTM system, which has an external display that shows information on crane performance during operation and provides service notifications. Hose Protection Link guards hydraulic hoses and connections against strikes, and enables a quick change of hoses if required. The painting of the cranes has been done with the environmentally friendly nDuranceTM painting process to provide high corrosion resistance. Hiab provides a three-year warranty for the Loglift 140Z and 150Z models. Loglift is using these models to continue to celebrate their 50th anniversary with their customers.
